I have my doubts about all the claims of "natural" as natural can mean toxic. You have brought up so many things that as someone who prides herself in thinking critically, but is fed a lot of information from friends. Thank you for bringing science into this discussion. I am going to watch your other videos now, such as on parabens! We live in an age of overwhelming disinformation that I never could have predicted. All in the name of a quick buck, it seems.

I am 57 and probably I poison my body with the clove essential oil that I was drinking to kill parasites; for about a week in a empty stomach I drank 5 drops of it, in a 12oz of water, until one morning I started with diarrhea and strong vomiting for the whole day. accompany with headache. The diarrhea persisted few more days! I investigated and there are many, many sites telling how great clove oil is.

I don't understand why there's so many conflicting views on this. I think I've watched 10 youtubers now and every other one says the opposite. Parabens safe, parabens not safe, parabens safe, not safe. If we all have access and genuinely care about the results of research on the matter, why are we all not on the same page? Doctor Youn has a video titled How to Pick Safe Skin Care - Clean Beauty and mentions avoiding Parabens and he included research papers on the matter, granted the evidence/result wasn't very convincing. Then you have Dr. Yvonne Burkart also stating to avoid parabens, while channels like this, Dr Dray and a couple others are saying to not be alarmed...It doesn't make sense to me. What's the honest consensus?!? Why are these other channels saying the complete opposite??

Without sunscreen you can get skin cancer and really bad burns you can live without cleanser just wash your face with a clean towel and water!

Can you please suggest any good cosmetics formulations book for commercial formulations (to be used in Industry) of cosmetics. Formulas needed not theory as I have Science graduate with medicine background.

I have seen a video saying put sea salt first at the bottom of bottle spray then oil which will attach in the salt and then put water and then spray. Or oil based oil to put scent oil. I did with salt to spray on thing.seems to work

Some oils are for diffuser and other different oils are for inside body😂. They are not the same

Good info for me to start my understanding of essential oil use. I recommend a practice to minimize how often your hair distracts you. I had to stop watching and listened because at least for me it is distracting to see you adjust your hair (about 12-13 times in first 2 minutes). I'm just easily distracted that's all, makes me want to give you a hair clip to help you. I then think you must be very young. Good research though and I appreciate your channel.

I once accidentally spilt oregano e.o. on my hand, forgot I'd not screwed dropper cap back on properly when I was putting it back into a cupboard. covered most of my left hand and splashed wrist / arm. before thinking too much I went and washed my hand under the tap and using washing up liquid. oh. my. days. burnt like hell for about a couple hours. having watched this now know would have been better to use milk or olive oil. tmyk.
